The rights of a person under custodial investigation, particularly the right to remain silent and to counsel, have been explained, echoed and stressed no end by this Court. They are no less constitutionally enshrined. 1 Innumerable court decisions 2 have been rendered, evincing the great importance with which the state regards them.
