This petition for certiorari mainly concerns the application of the principle of res judicata in the resolution of the instant labor dispute.

Petitioner Anacleto G. Pimentel started work as a lay-out man on 25 April 1985 assigned at AG & P San Roque, Bauan, Batangas, while petitioner Gaudencio A.
