The petition for certiorari before us assails the resolution1 [Rollo, pp. 44 -54.] of the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) reversing the decision2 [Rollo, pp. 123-135.] of the Labor Arbiter, as well as the order3 [Rollo, pp. 55-56.] of the NLRC, denying the petitioners' motion for reconsideration for lack of merit.
