We point out at the outset that this Petition for Review, which was filed before the promulgation of St. Martin Funeral Home v. National Labor Relations Commission,[1] is not the proper means by which NLRC decisions are appealed to this Court. Before St. Martin Funeral Home, it was only through a Petition for Certiorari under Rule 65 that NLRC decisions could be reviewed and nullified by us on the ground of lack of jurisdiction or grave abuse of discretion amounting to lack or excess of jurisdiction.
