In these proceedings brought in the Court of First Instance of Camarines by Florencio Gonzalez Diez for the redemption of four properties belonging to Pedro Bonnevie sold at public auction and adjudicated to the Chinaman Vicente Delgado, judgment was rendered, on June 10, 1915, holding that the plaintiff was entitled to redeem said properties from their purchaser, the defendant Delgado, upon payment to him of P465 with interest thereon at the rate of one per cent per month from February 3, 1913, to January 2, 1914, on which date the plaintiff attempted to redeem same from the defendant first deducting,...
