This case was certified for review pursuant to Section 13, Rule 124 of the Rules on Criminal Procedure by the Court of Appeals.1 [Composed of Justices Arturo B. Buena (now Associate Justice of the Supreme Court), Angelina Sandoval Gutierrez (ponente) and Conrado M. Vasquez, Jr.] which found accused-appellant Thadeos Enguito guilty beyond reasonable of the crime of murder with less serious physical injuries and sentenced him to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua.
