BUENA, J.:
This is an appeal from the joint Decision[1] dated February 10, 1995, of the Regional Trial Court of Manila, Branch 45,[2] in Criminal Case No. 93-115148, finding accused-appellant Carmen Lacson guilty beyond reasonable doubt of violation of Section 15, Article III in relation to 2 (e), (f), (m), (o), Article I of Republic Act No. 6425 (otherwise known as the Dangerous Drugs Act of 1972), as amended by Presidential Decree No. 1675, and sentencing her to suffer the penalty of life imprisonment and to pay a fine of P30,000.00 and costs.
