PARDO, J.:

The case is an appeal interposed by accused Servando Saturno, Abraham Rodriguez and Benigno Andres from the decision[1] of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 39, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija, finding them guilty beyond reasonable doubt of multiple murder and ordering them to indemnify the heirs of the victims, and to pay costs.

On July 4, 1989, the provincial prosecutor of Nueva Ecija filed with the Regional Trial Court an information charging accused as follows:
