Facts:

- Accused-appellants were charged of violation of the Dangerous Drugs Act.

- The NBI informed about the drug trafficking activities of appellant Anabel Villanueva. It was during the surveillance where the NBI agent Soriano came to know of the 2 other accused-appellants whom the purchase of shabu or metamphetamine hydrochloride was negotiated.

- NBI operatives conducted a buy-bust was done in Anabel's house. Allegedly-agent Soriano, who pretended to be the drug dealer, handed over the marked money in the amount of P250, 000 to appellant Luzviminda. This he did after the Tide Cartoon Box...
