Facts:

The victim and the accused had a drinking spree. When accused stood up, one of the witness, Felix Baltazar; noticed him to be holding a crashhelmet.

When the victim and his companion were on their way home, Baltazar noticed that a man pushing a motorcycle was following. He recognized him to be the accused-appellant had at the party.

Another witness for the prosecution, Michael Casiguran, testified that he saw the accused park his motorcycle several meters away from where the victim was standing and also saw him follow the victim when he was about to relieve himself. He said that he had an eye to eye...
