Facts:

The land subject of controversy was hold to the respondent by Rosario Dasig.

Respondent, claiming to be tenants of the landholding, filed a case for redemption against respondent.

During the pendency of the case, the entire landholding was placed under the CARP.

Petitioner withdrew the redemption case and filed a complaint for annulment of sale.

The DAR Regional Adjudicator declared petitioner's as tenants.

DARAB declared petitioners as bonafide tenants and are thus entitled to security of tenure.

The CA held that the petitioners should not be considered as tenants of the subject...
