This is an appeal from the decision[1] of the Regional Trial Court of Cebu City, Branch 18, in Criminal Case No. CBU-43013 convicting accused-appellants of the crime of murder; sentencing each of them to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua; and to indemnify the heirs of the deceased in the amount of P50,000.00, plus the costs.
