For review by the Court is the joint decision[1] in Criminal Case No. T-1904 and Criminal Case No. T-1905 of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 30, of San Jose, Camarines Sur, finding herein appellant Charmie Servano y Gaor guilty beyond reasonable doubt of twice committing the crime of incestuous rape against his 12-year-old daughter, and imposing upon him, for each count, the extreme penalty of death and ordering the payment to the victim of seventy-five thousand pesos (P75,000.00) civil indemnity and twenty-five thousand pesos (P25,000.00) moral damages.
