The plaintiff is a corporation organized under the banking laws of the Philippine Islands with its principal office he city of Manila. The defendant is a domestic corporation doing a general warehouse business and domiciled at Manila, and the Philippine Fiber and Produce Company, to which we will hereafter refer as the Produce Company, is another domestic corporation with its principal office also at Manila.
