Petitioners seek the review of the Decision[1] dated November 27, 2000 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. CV No. 48581 and its Resolution,[2] dated April 24, 2001, denying the subsequent motion for reconsideration. The Court of Appeals affirmed the decision of the Regional Trial Court (formerly the Court of First Instance) of Dagupan City, Branch 43, in favor of herein respondents, for partition and reconveyance of land with damages.
