In a verified letter-complaint dated 29 September 2002[1] and filed with the Office of the Court Administrator, complainants administratively charged Judge Norma C. Perello, Presiding Judge, Branch 276, Regional Trial Court (RTC), Muntinlupa City with gross ignorance of the law, grave misconduct and oppression in connection with her actuations in Civil Case No. 01-268.
