QUISUMBING, J.:

Assailed in this petition are the Resolutions[1] dated December 11, 2001 and February 14, 2002 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 67967, which affirmed the Resolution dated September 17, 2001 of the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) in NLRC NCR Case No. 10-07630-97 (NLRC CA No. 025328-2000). The labor tribunal earlier affirmed the findings of the Labor Arbiter that private respondents were illegally dismissed. Petitioners' Motion for Annulment of Judgment and Quashal of the Alias Writ of Execution were denied by NLRC.
