Thru this appeal via a petition for review on certiorari under Rule 45 of the Rules of Court, petitioner Insular Savings Bank seeks to set aside the decision[1] dated October 9, 1995 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 34876 and its resolution dated January 24, 1996,[2] denying petitioner's motion for reconsideration. 

The assailed decision of October 9, 1995 cleared the Regional Trial Court (RTC) at Makati, Branch 135, of committing, as petitioner alleged, grave abuse of discretion in denying petitioner's motion to discharge attachment by counter-bond in Civil Case No. 92-145, while the...
