PANGANIBAN, J.: 

The present Petition is anchored on the alleged lack of legal personality of respondent, a matter that was finally settled in an earlier case when petitioners challenged a decision of the secretary of labor. Necessarily petitioners are now barred from re-litigating this issue. The earlier finding that respondent possessed legal personality as a legitimate labor organization is already the law of the case between the parties.
