Before us is a petition for review on certiorari seeking to review the Decision[1] and Resolution[2] of the Court of Appeals (CA) in CA-G.R. SP No. 76657, which annulled and set aside the Resolution of the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) affirming the Labor Arbiter's Decision[3] in NLRC NCR Case No. 00-08-04760-96.
