These three cases were jointly submitted by both parties in their oral argument by reason of their relation with one another, as will be seen further on.
For the same reason they were studied and voted on jointly by this court, and are now decided in this opinion.
Case G. R. No. 19512 deals with the nullity of a contract of lease of land, and the consequent rendition of accounts, executed by Galo Lichauco in his own behalf, by Geronimo Jose as guardian of the spendthrift Zacarias Lichauco, and by Amparo N. Jose as guardian of the minors Luis and Julita Lichauco, all as lessors, and by Tan Pho, as lessee....
