Before this Court is a petition for certiorari under Rule 45 questioning the Decision[1] dated August 8, 2001 promulgated by the Court of Appeals (CA) in CA-G.R. SP No. 63864 which affirmed in toto the Decision dated November 29, 2000 of the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC); and the CA Resolution[2] dated October 18, 2001 which denied the petitioner's Motion for Reconsideration.
