Before the Court is a Petition for Review on Certiorari under Rule 45 of the Rules of Court of the Resolution[1] of the Court of Appeals (CA), in CA-G.R. SP No. 74005, dismissing the petition for partial annulment of judgment filed by petitioner Mary Grace M. Veneracion under Rule 47 of the Rules of Court.
