It might be well to remember that on September 13, 1911, the spouses Miguel Cordero and Ambrosia Alcazar, plaintiffs herein, sold in a public document to Januario Borromeo an hacienda known as San Jose composed of three parcels, one of which is known as Camalignon, and is the subject-matter of this case. The price stipulated for the Hacienda de San Jose, with the improvements described in the deed of sale was P31,000 payable as follows: P10,000 at the signing of the document; P5,000 in April, 1912; P10,000 in July, 1913, and P6,000 in July, 1914.
