The Case

This petition for review assails the Resolutions dated 29 October 1999[1] and 6 March 2000[2] of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 55119. The Court of Appeals dismissed the petition for certiorari filed by petitioner Arturo M. Romero (Romero) questioning the Resolutions dated 12 March 1999 and 31 May 1999 of the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC).
