JOHNSON, J.:

The defendant in this case was charged with the crime of bandolerismo. he was tried in the Court of First Instance of the Province of Rizal, and on the 6th day of April, 1903, was found guilty and was sentenced to imprisonment on the 7th day of April 1903, for the period of natural life.
