Petitioners assail in this Rule 65 petition the November 14, 2008 Resolution[1] of the Court of Appeals (CA) holding in abeyance the resolution of their prayer for the issuance of a restraining order on the implementation of the Office of the Ombudsman's October 28, 2008 Order[2] for their preventive suspension.
