This resolves the petition for certiorari under Rule 65 of the Rules of Court, praying that the Ombudsman's disapproval of the Office of the Special Prosecutor's (OSP) Resolution[1] dated September 18, 2000, recommending dismissal of the criminal cases filed against herein petitioners, be reversed and set aside.
