For Review under Rule 45 of the Revised Rules of Court is the Decision[1] dated 30 November 2005 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. CR No. 00304 entitled People of the Philippines v. Elly Naelga, affirming the Decision[2] rendered by the Regional Trial Court (RTC) of Rosales, Pangasinan, Branch 53, in Criminal Case No. 4649-R, finding Elly Naelga guilty of the illegal sale of methamphetamine hydrochloride, more popularly known as shabu.
