The instant petition for review on certiorari which was filed under Rule 45 of the Rules of Court in relation to Rule 37[1] of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Rules of Procedure seeks to set aside and annul the Resolution[2] dated February 28, 2003 of the COMELEC En Banc in Election Offence (EO) Case No. 01-111, as well as the Resolution[3] dated June 3, 2003 denying petitioners' motion for reconsideration.
