This is a Petition for Review on Certiorari under Rule 45 of the Rules of Court seeking the reversal of the Decision[1] dated March 30, 2001 and Resolution[2] dated July 18, 2001 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 40280, setting aside the Voluntary Arbitration Award[3] dated August 16, 1995 of the National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB), Cebu City, in VA Case No. AC 389-01-01-95.
