The petitioners - Yolanda M. Mercado (Mercado), Charito S. De Leon (De Leon), Diana R. Lachica (Lachica), Margarito M. Alba, Jr. (Alba, Jr.,), and Felix A. Tonog (Tonog), all former faculty members of AMA Computer College-Parañaque City, Inc. (AMACC) - assail in this petition for review on certiorari[1] the Court of Appeals' (CA) decision of November 29, 2007[2] and its resolution of June 20, 2008[3] that set aside the National Labor Relations Commission's (NLRC) resolution dated July 18, 2005.[4]
