Litigants should not be allowed to file identical motions repeatedly, speculating on the possible change of opinion of the court or of its judges.[1] We emphasize this principle in the present case and warn the parties to desist from the practice of filing several motions to dismiss which allege the same ground.

This is a petition for review on certiorari of Court of Appeals (CA) Decision[2] dated October 22, 2007 and Resolution[3] dated April 14, 2008, which affirmed the denial of petitioner's motion to dismiss.
