CARPIO MORALES, J.:

In two separate Informations filed with the Regional Trial Court (RTC) of Quezon City, both dated January 15, 1998, Feliciano Anabe y Capillan (appellant) and one Felicita Generalao y Irgulastion (Felicita), in conspiracy with "another person,"[1] were charged with robbery with homicide[2] and destructive arson.[3]

When arraigned, appellant and Felicita pleaded not guilty.[4]
