On appeal is the Decision 1 dated September 2 7, 2006 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. CR.-H.C. No. 00489, which affirmed the Decision2 dated December 7, 2004 of the Regional Trial Court (RTC), National Capital Judicial Region, Branch 103, Quezon City, in Criminal Case No. Q-03- 114964, finding accused-appellants Linda Y. Alviz aka "Peking" (Linda) and Elizabeth B. de la Vega aka "Beth" (Elizabeth) guilty of violating Section 5, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165, otherwise known as The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
