I concur.

Petitioners, alleging that they have been elected Senators in the last national elections, have filed this proceeding against respondents who, according to the complaint, have been likewise elected Senators in the same elections. In paragraph III of the complaint it is alleged that respondent Hon. Jose A. Avelino is joined in this proceeding as member and President of the Senate. Two kinds of remedies are sought by petitioners, one ancillary and the other principal.
