Before the Court is a petition for review on certiorari under Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended, assailing the July 13, 2009 Decision 1 and September 14, 2009 Resolution 2 of the Court of Appeals (CA) in CA-G.R. SP No. 105898. The appellate court affirmed the Decision 3 of the Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board (DARAB) upholding the validity of the Deed of Voluntary Land Transfer and Original Certi?cate of Title (OCT) No. CLOA-623 issued in favor of respondent Marissa Nisperos-Ducusin.
