The Court cannot sanction the use of force to evict beneficiaries of land reform.  Eviction using force is reversion to the feudal system, where the landed elite have free rein over their poor vassals.  In effect, might is right.

This Petition for Review on Certiorari[1] seeks the reversal of the April 27, 2007 Decision[2] of the Court of Appeals (CA) and its November 5, 2007 Resolution[3] denying petitioner’s Motion for Reconsideration[4] in CA-G.R. SP No. 86149.
