We resolve the petiion for review on certiorari1 assailing the decision2 dated November 22, 2005 and the resolution3 dated April 21, 2006 of the Court of Appeals (CA) in CA-G.R. SP Nos. 83149, 83150 and 83576.

The CA decision reversed and set aside the joint decision4 dated January 9, 2004 of the Deputy Ombudsman for the Visayas (Deputy Ombudsman), Primo C. Miro, in OMB-V-A-02-0414-H finding respondents Marilyn Mendoza V da. de Erederos, Catalina Alingasa and Porferio I. Mendoza guilty of the administrative charge of Grave Misconduct. The Deputy Ombudsman also found Oscar Peque guilty of Simple Misconduct.
