In an Affidavit-Complaint dated August 24, 2000,[1] Remigia Sangil Vda. de Dizon, Virginia S. Laxamana and Josefina Laxamana-Montañer charged Judge Salvador S. Tensuan and Sheriff IV Rommel M.
