D E C I S I O N


VILLA-REAL, J.:

H. Janssen appeals to this court from the judgment of the Court of First Instance of Antique convicting him of a violation of section 2 of Act No. 3412, and sentencing him to pay a fine of P200, with subsidiary imprisonment in case of insolvency at the rate of one day for every 12 1/2 pesetas, and to pay the court costs.
In support of his appeal, the appellant assigns the following alleged errors as committed by the court a quo in its decision, to wit:
