The Case

This petition for review[1] assails the 12 October 2011 Decision[2] of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. CV No. 91039. The Court of Appeals affirmed the 14 January 2008 Resolution of the Regional Trial Court of Baguio City, Branch 61, in Civil Case No. 4710-R, dismissing the complaint for lack of jurisdiction.
