Before us are consolidated Petitions for Review on Certiorari[1] assailing: 1) the January 25, 2011 Decision[2] of the Court of Appeals (CA) in CA-G.R. CV No. 90014 which set aside the July 31, 2007 Decision[3] of Branch 32 of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) of Agoo, La Union, as well as 2) the CA’s May 30, 2011 Resolution[4] denying the parties’ respective Motions for Reconsideration.[5]
