This petition for review assails the 9 January 2009 Resolution[1] of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 99099. The Court of Appeals denied petitioner Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas' (BSP) motion to reconsider the 15 July 2008 Decision[2] which affirmed the Order[3] dated 24 April 2007 of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) of Manila, Branch 36 in Commercial Case No. 06-114866 allowing the intervention in said case by respondents Vicente Jose Campa, Jr., et al.
