Before this Court are consolidated Rule 45 petitions challenging the Decision[1] and the Resolution[2] issued by the Court of Appeals (CA) in CA-G.R. SP No. 100722.
 
THE FACTS

Samahan ng Manggagawa sa Ren Transport (SMART) is a registered union, which had a five-year collective bargaining agreement (CBA) with Ren Transport Corp.
