At bench is a Petition for Review on Certiorari under Rule 45 of the Rules of Court assailing the July 11, 2013 Decision[1] and the December 5, 2013 Resolution[2] of the Court of Appeals (CA) in CA-G.R. SP No. 115469, which reversed and set aside the March 25, 2010 Decision[3] and the May 28, 2010 Resolution[4] of the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), affirming the August 29, 2008 Decision of the Labor Arbiter (LA), in a case for illegal dismissal, damages and attorney's fees filed by the petitioners against respondent Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines, Inc. (Coca-Cola).
