This appeal has been brought to reverse a judgment of the Court of First Instance of the Province of Pangasinan, finding the appellants, Esteban Mones, Irineo Maguncia, Faustino Elmido, and Ignacio Gagua, guilty of robbery in band with quadruple homicide and sentencing each of them to reclusion perpetua, with the accessories prescribed by law, and requiring them jointly and severally to indemnify each of the heirs of the four victims in the amount of P1,000, and to indemnify the heirs of Manuel Mico and Adriana Aganon in the further amount of P100, as well as to pay the costs of prosecution.
