I concur with the dismissal of the petition for manifest lack of merit.

On the threadbare claim that during the summer of 1975 she had been admitted by respondent Fr. Antonio B. Lambino, S.J., chairman of the Faculty Admission Committee of the Loyola School of Theology (a religious seminary for the priesthood) to attend therein free of charge two summer courses for credits, petitioner has filed the present petition for mandamus against respondents to order her admission in said school as a student for an M.A. in Theology and for the payment to her of exemplary and moral damages and "an amount equivalent more...
