I dissent.
 
This is an extraordinary case. Like in the Book of Revelation,1 it involves the miraculous resurrection of the dead: in this case, a dead case.
 
The ponencia recommends acting for respondent Philippine Airlines, Inc. (Philippine Airlines) on what amounts to a third motion for reconsideration.
