Assailed in these consolidated petitions for review on certiorari filed under Rule 45 of the Rules of Court are the March 22, 2013 Decision[1] and the January 8, 2014 Resolution[2] of the Court of Appeals (CA) in CA-G.R. SP. No. 115165 which dismissed the charge for reckless imprudence against respondent Edgar S. Go (respondent).
